Maintenance instructions
Maintaining Nall Sandals is very simple. All you need is a soft brush and clean or soapy water. Do not dry the sandals in direct sunlight, in a tumble dryer, or on a radiator. Dry them in a warm place, but slowly.
To prevent odor, I recommend using baking soda. Sprinkle it onto the damp insole, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then rinse. You can also use a deodorant spray.

I am just starting the production of custom-made sandals upon receipt of payment and the necessary materials. The production itself takes 5–14 days, depending on the current workload in the workshop, and you should then allow 2–3 days for shipping, depending on the carrier's capacity.

Vibram Morflex sole (10 mm)
Maximum comfort and cushioning for your every step. Microporous foam rubber makes this 10mm sole the most comfortable choice for the city and light terrain. It is incredibly lightweight, absorbs impact on hard surfaces excellently, and provides the foot with a soft landing without losing flexibility. Ideal for barefoot beginners or all-day walking on asphalt.

Vibram Calla Newflex sole (6 mm)
Perfect surface contact and lightness you won't even notice. The thin 6mm sole, made from a special Newflex compound, offers an excellent balance between flexibility, durability, and low weight. It is tailor-made for experienced barefoot enthusiasts who want to give their feet maximum terrain perception and natural muscle engagement.

Leather
Premium natural material for maximum comfort. The leather insole is incredibly pleasant to the touch and will perfectly adapt to the shape of your foot over time. It is made for dry summer days and city walks. However, it is not suitable for water, as it suffers from soaking and wet leather does not hold the foot as well.

Faux leather
Versatile, durable, and water-ready. The synthetic leather insole is very easy to maintain, effectively repels sweat, and handles wading in a stream or the sea without any issues. After getting wet, simply wipe it down, and it will be dry and ready for your next activity in no time.

Hemp
A natural super-material that pampers the skin and breathes perfectly. The hemp insole excels in breathability, wicks away sweat excellently, and keeps your foot dry even in the greatest heat. What's more, it doesn't slip even when wet and dries relatively quickly, so it will support you in any situation.

How to adjust sandals
Place your foot in the center of the sandal and adjust the WingLock wings. Keep the instep strap looser for natural foot movement, while tightening the heel strap firmly to secure the foot. Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to return custom-made shoes?
Custom-made sandals are created exclusively for your feet, which is why, by law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. However, you fully retain the right to file a proper claim in the event of any defect.
What is the difference between the insole materials and can I wear them in water?
For frequent contact with water, the best choice is durable and quick-drying eco-leather, which can handle both streams and the sea. If you are looking for maximum breathability and excellent sweat absorption for hot days, go for hemp. For maximum comfort and blending with your foot, leather is ideal, as it will gradually mold to your shape, but it is not suitable for wet conditions.
Are Nallu sandals suitable for barefoot beginners too?
Definitely. If you are just starting out with barefoot shoes, we recommend choosing a model with a slightly thicker sole (e.g., Journey), which will provide comfortable cushioning on hard urban surfaces without depriving you of toe freedom and zero drop.
What should I do with the excess strap after adjustment?
Once you have adjusted your sandals correctly and made sure they fit perfectly even after a few kilometers of walking, simply trim the excess strap end with scissors at a 45° angle (leave about 2–3 fingers of clearance) and lightly seal the edge with a lighter to prevent fraying.
