Materials and Specifications

How to Order Custom-Made Sandals

  1. When purchasing sandals, select "Custom-Made" from the Sandal Size menu.
  2. Complete your order and make the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email.
  3. Within two business days of receiving your payment, you'll get an email with a link to a foot measurement guide, including a video tutorial.
  4. Upload a photo of your foot outline and photos of your feet to the guide's form, following the provided instructions.
  5. We'll craft and ship your sandals within 14 days.

Care Instructions

Caring for Nallu Sandals is very simple. All you need is a soft brush and clean or soapy water to easily clean them. However, be careful not to dry the sandals in direct sunlight. Dry them in a warm place, more slowly. To combat odor, we recommend using baking soda. Sprinkle it on a damp footbed, let it sit for 10 minutes, then rinse off. You can also use a deodorizing spray.

  • Leather

    The leather footbed offers the best comfort. Just avoid water with it. Wet leather doesn’t grip the foot as securely as other footbeds, and it suffers in moisture.

  • Hemp

    The hemp footbed pampers your foot’s skin. This natural super-material breathes beautifully, wicks sweat, and doesn’t slip—even when wet. It dries fairly quickly.

  • Ecoleather

    The Ecoleather footbed is easy to maintain and wicks sweat effectively. You can wear it in water, wipe it down, and it dries in a flash.

  • Gum

    Better cushions sharp uneven surfaces and protects your feet more.
