Standard Delivery Times

1–3 days for Czech Republic, Slovakia
2–4 days for Austria, Croatia, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary
3–10 days for other EU countries (except Malta)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order processing time

1–4 days for in-stock items.
5–14 working days for custom sandals, from the moment we have all your details.

We handcraft our sandals, and our stock is limited. During peak season or sales, it might take a bit longer—we’ll let you know if anything changes.

International Orders Outside the Czech Republic

Welcome, international fan! We’re a small Czech company operating under Czech laws. By shopping with us, you agree to our Terms of Service, so please keep that in mind. Note that shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, or import fees, which may be charged when the package arrives in your country. All orders are shipped as DDU (duties unpaid).

Inspection Upon Delivery

When receiving your order, please check the package for any damage and report any issues to the carrier as soon as possible.
