1. What You’ll Find Here
These terms outline how we work together when you buy something from nallufootwear s.r.o. at https://www.nallu.cz as a regular customer (not a business purchasing for operations). They’re part of our contract, but if we agree on something different in your order, that agreement takes precedence.
2. How to Order and Enter a Contract
You can order with or without registering. If you register, you’ll get an account protected by a username and password. Please fill in all details truthfully and update them if anything changes – we’ll consider the information in your account as accurate.
Once you submit your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email – that’s when the contract is formed. We’ll attach these terms to it. For custom-made sandals, if something’s missing or can’t be made, we’ll email you to request additional details or suggest changes. The contract is finalized only after we confirm again. If you don’t provide the requested details within 7 days, we’ll consider the order canceled.
The goods become yours once you receive them, and from that moment, you’re responsible for them.
Everything on our e-shop is for informational purposes only – we’re not obligated to accept your order. We try to keep the info on our site accurate, but we’re not responsible for errors (like wrong prices or descriptions). If we find a mistake, we may adjust or cancel your order – we’ll let you know.
3. Price and Payment
You’ll pay for the goods using a payment method you choose from the options available at checkout on https://www.nallu.cz. The cost of packaging and shipping will be added to the price of the goods (see section 4).
Make the payment according to the instructions of your chosen payment method, no later than 7 days after the contract is formed, unless stated otherwise.
After payment, we’ll send you an invoice via email. We record transactions online as required by law.
4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds
Details about returning goods, size exchanges, refunds, and exceptions like custom-made sandals or gift cards can be found in our Refund Policy at https://nallu.cz/policies/refund-policy.
If you send us a review or post, we may use it (e.g., on our site) without owing you compensation. We’re not responsible for the content of your posts – they must not break any laws.
6. What We Guarantee
We care about your satisfaction. Reach out if something’s off or you have any feedback. We’ll sort it out together. Nallu sandals are built to bring you joy as long as possible. We use the best available materials.
All products come with a 24-month legal warranty from the date you receive them, giving you the right to repair, replacement, a discount, or a refund if the defect is significant.
For sandals purchased directly on nallu.cz, we also offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects for the original owner. If a manufacturing defect appears, we’ll repair or replace them for free to keep them functional as long as you own them. This warranty doesn’t apply to other products, like accessories.
What we cover:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching or defective materials).
What we don’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to improper use or accidents.
- Modifications you made yourself.

7. If There’s a Dispute

9. Final Notes
Anything not covered here is governed by Czech law, primarily the Civil Code.
You can shop with us if you’re of legal age under your country’s laws. We prohibit any illegal use of our site, like spreading viruses or spamming.
We provide our site ‘as is’ and aren’t liable for damages, like data loss, unless the law says otherwise.
Links to other sites (e.g., carriers) are for information only. We’re not responsible for their content.
Any costs for internet or phone usage during the order process (like data or calls) are on you, based on your plan.
If you violate these terms, we may cancel your account or restrict your access to the site. Any outstanding payments still apply.
Welcome, international fan! We’re a small Czech company operating under Czech laws. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms, so please keep that in mind. Note that shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, or import fees, which may be charged when the package arrives in your country.
If any part of these terms is invalid, it’ll be replaced with a provision as close as possible to the original intent. The rest remains unaffected.
