Refund policy

Size Exchange

If the size doesn’t fit, we’ll happily exchange it within 14 days. Just email us at shop@nallu.cz. The sandals must be unworn, undamaged, ideally in their original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Otherwise, it won’t work.

How to Return Your Order

1. Let us know within 14 days of receipt at shop@nallu.cz that you want to return the item.

2. We’ll send you instructions and the return address (either our workshop or a collection point). You cover the return shipping costs, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Include the completed Return of Goods form or a paper with your name and order number in the package.

4. Send the item within 14 days of notifying us to the address we provide, or to:

Exceptions

Custom-made sandals are made to order, so they can’t be returned, and you won’t get a refund. We also don’t accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll refund you within 14 days via the same payment method you used. If that’s not possible, we’ll agree on a bank transfer. It might take your bank a bit to process the refund. For defective items, check our Warranty Policy at https://www.nallu.cz/warranty.
